A message from Margo...   "The one constant through our lives is our emotions. It is natural to want to avoid painful feelings so we find ways around them by unconsciously developing a complex set of defenses that distract us, whether it is ill health, unacceptable behavior, anger or even depression. The problem is that the defenses also numb us to the joys that life has to offer. If you have suffered long enough and feel it's time to start the process of healing, I am ready to make the commitment to support and guide you in a safe and nonjudgmental environment as you identify and remove the barriers to your happiness."
